Shipping...is...done...zzzz...

After a few late nights I am happy to say that the last box of packages has been taken to the Post Office. Whew!

Some of you have received yours already and the rest of you should receive yours by Saturday or Monday at the latest (US) or within the next 10-14 days (international). International backers may not be able to receive tracking notifications once the rewards leave the US. Also, depending on your country's customs process, it may take shorter or longer to receive yours. Just know they are on their way!

All tracking info has been sent out as well. Let me know if you haven't received your tracking info AFTER you check your inbox and SPAM folders first: )

I'll send a more detailed follow up once I get some rest: )

In the meantime, if you get yours soon or have it, let us all know what you think!!!

Finalize Your Shipping Address!

This is it! We're finally getting ready to ship!

We will lock down shipping addresses in 48 hours. That means you have two days to update your shipping address in your BackerKit survey. You should have received a message from BackerKit asking you to finalize your address. If you did not received or need help, just let me know.

If you need to recover your survey, go to nxn-merino-wool-kerchiefs-the-wearable-multi-tool.backerkit.com and enter your email address (the one you used for Kickstarter) to have your survey sent to you again.

For backers that have not answered their surveys yet, you will still be able to get your rewards if you answer your survey after the lock down date, but they may ship out later than the backers that have responded on time.

We're currently aiming to ship rewards on Wednesday, November 9. If you need to change your shipping address, please make the changes in your BackerKit survey in the next 48 hours (by 5:00 pm EST). 

A few notes about your shipping address:

• Choose an address where someone will be present during the day to receive your package or another secure location. Packages occasionally "disappear" from unattended mailboxes.
• We'll be using the United States Postal Service for shipping. All packages will have tracking numbers.*
• Please ensure that you use plain English and double check that you do not use any special language-related symbols in your mailing address. Kickstarter's shipping address export function doesn't recognize these symbols and makes them unreadable by the Post Office and our shipping software.
• *Unfortunately, we will not be able to track packages once the leave the US. Every country's postal system and customs process is different and may take longer than expected. Please be patient.
• "Where's mine?" We'll be working as quickly as we can to ship everything out this week. Packages may be sent and received out of order during the fulfillment and shipping processes. Thanks in advance for your patience!
