Surveys Are Locked Down!

Just a quick note to let you all know that if you filled out your survey, your responses have been locked down (meaning you won't be able to change your order) this morning. Also, if you owed money, your card was charged this morning. If you have any issues or your card was declined, please follow the instructions in the email from BackerKit to update your payment information.

Lastly, because we were able to lock down responses this morning, we just submitted the order to the wool manufacturer in Australia. I will let you all know when the order has been processed and is on its way stateside!

Last Day to Submit Surveys or Change Color Choices!

Hi, everyone!

This update is mainly a repeat of the last one, but we still have a bunch of you who haven't filled out your surveys yet. It's also a reminder that you can change your color choices, reward levels, or add-ons before we lockdown surveys tomorrow. Details below!

Just a quick reminder that surveys close next Monday, August 1. After that point we need to lock down surveys so that we can use that information to accurately order the wool we need to fulfill your rewards.

This is also the last day to make any changes to your order. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment later this fall.

For backers who have not answered their surveys yet:

If you fill out your BackerKit survey or pay for extra shipping after the order due date, we will still receive your information, but your shipment may be delayed. If we don't hear from you by Monday, August 1, your color choice will also default to black so you may not be able to get the color you want.
